Compare Lists provides a free, browser-based list comparison tool that operates entirely on the client side. Key features include:

• Compare Two Lists: Compare two lists side by side with five result panels — Only in A, Only in B, Intersection, Union, and Symmetric Difference
• Client-Side Processing: All comparisons happen in your browser; no data is uploaded to our servers
• File Upload: Support for .xlsx, .xls, and .txt file imports
• Split CSV: Parse comma, colon, semicolon, or tab-separated data
• Pre-Processing Options: Case sensitivity toggle, space normalization, and custom find-and-replace rules
• Export & Utilities: Export results as .txt or .xlsx, copy to clipboard, sort, and deduplicate
• Privacy-Focused: Your lists are processed on your device and are not sent to our servers

3. No User Accounts Required

The Service does not require user registration or accounts. You can use the Service immediately without providing personal information.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Lawful Use: Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Appropriate Content: Not use the Service to compare lists containing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service

• Content you compare using the Service
